Crashing entering Manage Tables?

On my iPhone 4S (iOS 5.1.2), I can't enter Manage Tables anymore. Every time I try, TPA crashes. Oddly, it works fine on my iPad (same iOS).

I can play tables fine, and tables download fine, but I can't get to Manage Tables without TPA crashing.

I've even logged out and logged back in to see if it was a kickstarter license issue. No go...

Any ideas?

No problems with table management on my iPhone 4 (not the S) under iOS 6.1.0. As a last resort, you may want to try deleting, then reinstalling the app from scratch. Of course, back up your high scores first.
