Custom Tournament Ball - How To Get It?

Send a message to them on their facebook page (TPA). They got back to me after a day or 2 and got it working for me after some back and forth. Not a quick process but they should respond to you that way.

After repeated messages to the PBA facebook page, I got a message from them tonight simply saying "Please try again". So on my iPad I made sure PBA was not running in the background, restarted it fresh, logged out of the account, logged back in....and there they were. Got the TZ spiral ball back (which had disappeared after the Dr Dude update), got a skin with a federation logo for STTNG, a ball that looks like a Borg sphere, a klingon ball, and the eyeball. So I guess it just takes a few messages. I hope you all get yours tonight too.

Same for me!!! I finished 53 and received no prizes!
FS asked me for my account on Facebook , but I can't see the custom balls !

Just got the custom balls. Facebook messaged FarSight nine days ago. Just got a response telling me to log out and back in. There they were!
