Doctor Who Regen(V2) downloaded with lastest update

I saw this as part of my Download Owned, and can see it in Manage Tables. Has anyone accessed this? What am I missing as a step to access this?

The table data isn't active yet and can't be accessed. Same with Steam, TDoctorWhoRegen.Rez shows up in the Resource folder but isn't active in game yet.

Well, I'm proud to be "ready" with a 43Mb "stand by". I love this app, love that FarSight continues their mission. Can't wait to see it when it is released; just thought i was missing something obvious. Thanks!
