DX11 & Portrait Mode

Hi, I can't seem to get this to work. DX9 will go to portrait mode. (However, there is an issue where the mouse right click does not always select properly). In DX11, it never goes to 1080x1920, even though I have changed the settings in the config menu. I remember hearing of a bug somewhere that the settings did not save properly? Thanks for any help!

It apparently had something to do with the settings files. I moved the DX11 one from "Pinball Arcade" folder into "Stern Pinball Arcade" folder and now its working.
