the start screen is used to show user altleast something instead of just black screen during game initialization and loading assets.

a bouncing siliver ball like the amiga demo might be cooler but would also add toloading times unless they went truely demosecne on its ass

The mobile version should be quick and easy. Overall there are just too many layers to play table. Yes I know it's a cross platform app. If a loading screen is required then that's ok. It should autoboot to the main menu imo.

Loading screen: Ok. Should not wait for user input to continue.
Welcome screen: No need for that. It could be shown the very first time the user starts the app and then never again. I'm ok with new table announcements once. After that, I don't need it any more.
