I noticed some people talking about how hard it is to make jumps after hitting the jump ramp and I completely agree! However, I didn't see anyone mention that you never actually have to make the jump to score jumps and super jackpots. 
It turns out if you hit the jump ramp 2 times quickly enough it registers as a jump! Apparently, there is no detection for actually going around the upper part of the jump loop. I used this technique to score the Jump This wizard goal and the Super Jackpot!
