Sega = Stern. They own the rights for all Data East and Sega tables, so technically it's a Stern game.

Question is, what will happen with the Sega logo? It's present in the ROM...

Well, technically, Phantom of the Opera was a Data East table and was later put under the Stern label for it's digital release.
