Does the larger speaker not allow you to open the table all the way? Mine does on my BIG GUNS and I dont have a 1/2 thick adapter mount

What do you mean by "open all the way?" Do you mean to crank it up or physically open the playfield up? I just thought the 10" Radio Shack speaker was crap and wanted to replace it. However the hole that someone cut was too big for the 8" Pinball Pro speaker. That's why I had the wood cut. I mounted the adapter to the wood so someone could still use a 6.5" if they want. There's a smaller mount inside the adaptor that I got from Pinball Pro that will fit an original size.

I mean lift the playfield vertical, its not a problem if I only go to the playfield hold bar position but fully raised my 3 bank drop targets get in the way so my speaker isnt mounted so I can move it easily. I suppose I could put 1 screw so it could pivot out of the way.

I pulled the playfield out and a little forward. I use magazines and put one in after another until I get it level. Thanks.

That sounds much easier than trying to use magic. I'm going to try your method instead so I can take some photos.

Oh no. Firepower is very shallow in and out. Nothing hangs much below the playfield. No drop targets though, so no giant assembly for them.
