Forum broken?

Is the forum broken for anyone else?

Mine looks like this in Firefox Quantum or Google Chrome:

Forum seems to be running fine. It looks a bit like the page is not loading completely for you.

Looks like the CSS files aren't loading for you. Do you have any kind of firewall that could be preventing something from loading? I haven't done anything on this end, so I think it's an issue on your end (sorry).

I have the one built into Windows 10 only.
