FS has no record of my backed Kickstarts...Am I alone?

I didn't received the e-mail/survey that went out to TZ Kickstart backers. So I sent an e-mail to FS regarding this. They replied shockingly with the following, "We do not find a backer under the name or email address you provided. What is the name, and email address you pledged with?" In my e-mail I had given them my name and e-mail address that I backed the two table Kickstarters. I replied with the same information, and have had no response from FS! I backed both TZ and STTNG at $100 each! My credit card has been debited for both! I have not had a response from FS on my missing Kickstarter information. I would highly recommend anyone that has not been contacted by FS to e-mail them directly, to avoid any delay in receiving the tables backed on release.

If I don't receive a reply from FS soon that my information is indeed secure with them, I will have no choice but to call VISA and open a case file. I hope FS can reply that they have all my information timely before I have to make the call.

Anyone else experiencing this with FS!?

Well, I haven't had my survey yet.

I did have a message from FS asking me to create a FS account though so I think I'm in their system, but...

And yes, response will be slow. It's Thanksgiving week in the US after all and probably the people who can check are at home or travelling.

@Canadian365 I know this has nothing at all to do with FS not having your kick starter name and email, and I hope you'll hear back from them soon now that you pointed those out to them, but I'm sure I read elsewhere that because the $100 USD supporters receive TZ on all platforms that they would not be getting a survey. I believe the survey was to inquire as to what platform those people who are not getting them all wanted. I searched all over for that post but couldn't find it (sorry), which probably says more for my dismal searching skills than the fact that it's not here somewhere ... Hope that helps ... thought a little info might be better than none at all.

They'd still need to send out a survey to get those people's Farsight IDs so they can give them the table that way. Additionally, they'll need email addresses to send them codes for PS3/Vita and Xbox as those aren't linked to Farsight IDs.

SO yes, there will be surveys.

They probably have to also figure out how to properly link Farsight IDs into the whole table buying thing since people will have DLC bought tables combined with "given" tables.

Except my email address that I used to donate is now defunct. But I have a new one that I login with, but it no longer works! Total mess, and I fear I'll nothing get my kickstarter rewards.

Yeah, I'm not sure if my kcikstarter and my farsight accounts are the same either, the survey didn't even have a spot to enter that information.

Update your kickstarter email if it's defunct - they can always contact you through kickstarter.
