So I'll answer my own question here. I went ahead and downloaded the Steam version for PC.

1) Is portrait mode supported? YES

2) keyboard mapping supported? NO ... so I downloaded "sharpkeys". Neat little app that easily allows you to remap keys on the keyboard. You'll need to log off and back on again to activate your mapped keys (super simple to set up). Then when you are done playing HD Pinball Collection, simply open sharpkeys and delete the mappings, log off and back on again, and your keys will be set back to default.

3) Does this game suck? NO

4) Is it worth $10.00? In my opinion, YES ... its on sale right now on Steam. 15 Tables for $10.00.

Wow. That's a good price. I already have it for Mac and iOS, but for that price on Steam I'll go for it.

Welp... There was an update that added a table, but sharpkeys no linger works with this game which sux.
