Hi,

I´ve searched this forum and found a thread about the same topic, but rather old:
http://digitalpinballfans.com/showthread.php/67-Mechanical-sound-delay

The problem is that STILL on Android Version 4.4.4 (KitKat on nexus 7 (2012) and nexus 5 in my case) there is a significant sound delay for all game sounds depending on physical game elements like drop targets, bumpers and so on. This totally annoying and really negatively affects my gaming experience.

So I´d like to ask the developers if there is ANY chance to ever get a snappy audio response on an Android device with this game or is it just a basic Android issue I have to live with? If this is the case I really should think about moving on to a different phone OS...

Thanks,
FF

http://digitalpinballfans.com/showthread.php?t=6264 explains it fully.

If you want to get rid of the delay, you're going to probably need to try PC.

From what I've read, it seems to be one of the platforms that has the least amount of lag.

There looks to be hope coming to Android in the future. The recently anounce Android L, coming this fall, has major improvments regarding audio lag. Now, im not sure if these improvements will be automatic with Andorid L, or coding changes will need to be made with TPA, but at least this look promising.

Perhaps I should load the Dev preview onto the Nexus 7 2013 and do some preliminary testing...
