Getting a new tablet

My Nexus 7 imploded a few weeks ago, but I am finally getting a replacement tablet today.
Obviously all my achievements and hi-scores will be gone, and I will need to download all the tables, but what I really need to know is: how easy is it to recover my account?
I know my TPA username (and it's not MOO by the way), but have no idea what my login details were.
