Apart from fun to try for does completing "Goals & Wizard Goals" on PC version do anything in game?

At work now, so I can't check for myself. Does the option to disable the tilt become available after completing the wizard goals? This might only apply to Pro tables.

I'm pretty sure it unlocks the ability to turn Tilt off, as well as unlocking Steam Achievements.
