Help with registration

I am trying to login to the Pinball Arcade on my Kindle Fire. I thought I had already registered because I had purchased several tables but I guess that was through Amazon? Anyway, when trying, the page times out. Even using my PC the page 'pinballanalytics.com/login/registration' times out. Even just 'pinballanalytics.com' times out. Is there another way to register? Or should I even bother?

I hope someone here can help as the people at TBA won't answer emails at all.

No this was like 2 months ago. I contacted them on their support site about an issue. They never responded. No matter how many emails I sent them all I got back was the usual "Thank you for contacting us..blah blah"
