Well at first we'll draw in new users who are playing TAF, and who will complain about TAF, and will troll about TAF (rest assured, nobody will post how great TAF is, except as troll-bait threads). Gradually they will die off and we will be left to our own devices again, but hopefully a few of the good 'uns will stick.

They mentioned on facebook that BSD wouldn't need a kickstarter, but I suppose anything is possible.

Some interesting read on Simpsons license on wiki. Since it seems to be an entire industry of its own, obtaining a license shouldn't be too complicated. If course you have the cost issue, but since they make a living out of selling licenses, I hope they have a realistic insight to the market and just try to get as much for the license as they can but at the same time realize it's better to get some money instead of none.

Some platforms take longer for the release to be available. Steam is out. iOS and Android should be soon. Newsletter to follow after all are out.
I just remember the last couple releases coming earlier in the day than this, but if you say it's coming then I'll patiently wait. I immediately figured stupid apple hijinx.
I just got the Newsletter, but it's not on iOS.

Ah, that sets my mind at ease! I'm actually out of the country and away from my trusty iBook right now, so I don't currently have easy access to Steam; besides, I only have TPA on iOS, so I don't normally check TPA on Steam (though it's my backup platform if FarSight can't sweet-talk Apple into letting them sell season passes during each season, instead of having to wait until the season ends). My nerves just got the better of me on this one (also, I think that being 6 hours ahead of EDT has gotten me extra-impatient).

I'll always keep TPA on iOS so I can have a portable version.
