Fixed High Score Entry broken on v0.012

Can't confirm letters using an xbox controller, previously pressing A would confirm a letter, on trying to use a mouse, left click and right click are being used as flippers so when i try to confirm a letter, it moves one letter to the left.

Was previously working fine in v0.011.

Addendum: When entering a high score with the 360 controller, moving the right joystick down as if you were plunging will confirm an initial when entering a high score.

Noted also on STTNG that the 'Enter' key will not enter the first selected character, but once the first character
has been entered by clicking on the 'select' button with the mouse, the 'enter' key functions properly for subsequent
characters.

Just repeated fault on NGG - on first character, the 'select' button on screen flashes and chimes when the 'enter' key
is hit for the first character, but the character is never registered. As before, once the first character has been registered
by clicking the 'select' button with the mouse, subsequent characters are registered correctly.
