Great album for sure. And produced by Bowie.
I still listen to it and I love the Sweet Jane cover.

Bowie used to perform All The Young Dudes live frequently. It's on one of his live albums and it's very good.

Well Bowie wrote All The Young Dudes (as well as producing the album), and there is a Bowie recording of it somewhere - he just felt the song was better for Hunter.

Mildly interesting factoid: the song "Once Bitten Twice Shy" was written by Ian Hunter, but is perhaps best remembered as a cover (the version by Great White).

That would depend on how old you were in 1975.

9/9/1956 Elvis first time on Ed Sullivan Show.

This performance is cemented in the annals of rock music history because of the censors' decision to shoot Elvis only from the waist up.
However, contrary to popular belief, this decision was not made until his third appearance.

To me, his nickname will always be "Fo', fo', fo'."

Met Moses back in 1983. I was about 13 yrs old at the time. I will never forget how big a man he was. He was very nice to me and my bother and took the time to shake our hands and have a few words with us. Lived in northeast Philly as kid and grew up loving all the Philly teams. When he came to the Sixers it was like a guarenteed championship. Such a dominating rebounder I had never seen before.
