How AutoHide ?

I have read in manual that HUD AutoHide can be problem and not always work.
But I try different tabels and HUD never hides.
To workoround I use opacity....

So question is:
TO make HUD hide during game shall I check "Autohide" or not. Or shall I do anything else ?

And second question. DMD displays in separate window only during game ? Or can I show it before start ?

In the mod's SETTINGS.INI file, I use StartHidden=1 to automatically hid the HUD.
Yes, DMD only shows during game.
