In this particular case, it looks like there's been a push-back or two by FarSight on what they thought were their original dates. Yesterday on FB they said, regarding Fish Tales (Season 1 table 1):

The Pinball Arcade it's being tested right now, we plan on submitting within the next week.

so that probably means it's still what, at least three weeks out?

I remember when the PS4 was close to release, Sony boasted of their willingness to work with "indie" developers as a selling point for the system.

This whole waiting for xbone makes zero sense. If Microsoft has this clause that you must release "day in date" with xbone, that was already broken because pinball arcade has been on ps4 since last year. Why on earth would dlc for the game suddenly fall under that clause?

I can't enjoy the tables on my phone anymore because iPhone 5 and 5S have a bug where inputs will suddenly delay or stop completely , causing lost balls and basically giving you a huge handicap for big score runs.

Ok, presumably it is fiction based on that the same rumor was spread during last generation of games and it turned out to be fiction. It was Mike Reitmeyer that said that it wasn't part of his job and he answers anything that has to do with contracts, policies and operations the same way. He isn't being cryptic. It's just really not part of his job.

Darrell Harding I asked very specifically about ps4 season 2 release and how it relates to microsofts dumb arse parity policy and the Farsight dude asked bobby king directly and he confirmed they couldn't release season2 on ps4 until 30 days after the xbox1 version of TPA came out which they expected in June kinda sux but at least he gave me a date to look forward to. If they waited until season 3 was complete then season 2 wouldn't be out until like September/October ish which would be a major uproar I would think. Hopefully it comes in July and not later as I think it should have been out at ps4 launch or soon after.

Actually I was being humorous, but now that we know the truth the truth kind of stinks. But if I were a small self-funded company I would take a healthy check. Just wonder if this means Season 3 tables as well. I and others can vote with their pocketbooks as well too. It's the only way to say "Hey you guys are screwing us over". Oh well might as well shut down the whole PS4 thread for a couple of MORE months.

Wow, COMPLETE nonsense. A -month- later? What the flying ... Uggg. Microsoft is indeed the most greedy, self centered piece of crap company in the history of gaming. I am SO glad that I ditched them in favor of PS4. I have hundreds of 360 games too so they lost a big customer.

Anyways. I can wait until July for season 2. But what about Season 3? Fish Tales and Black Rose? If those come out in a few weeks then this pill is a lot easier to swallow. If not....

MICRO-SOFT!!!!! I hope they get steamrolled by PS and SteamBox this gen, that way they won't be able to enforce these unethical, underhanded policies anymore. This is just complete horse****.
