Hud off???

Hi guys,
I've seen on a couple of topics that people talk about hud off vs hud on.
Here's my problem...
I can't seem to find the option to turn this damn thing off..
Where is it?
Or maybe I need the "pro" option???

I think it should be in the other option menu, not just in the "pause" menu...

Start a table...touch the icon on the upper right-hand corner of screen...it's the fourth option on the pop-up screen.
