Bug iOS 6.1.3 Game ending right loop lock

Was having a great game, but that is besides the point I guess.

Had 2 balls locked, with right loop lit for extra ball. Hit right loop, it locked the third ball and game did not continue, nor would attendant help. Anyone have this? Only has happened once.

I did have a ball locked and (a) not kicked out and (b) no new ball at plunger, effectively ending my game. I don't remember if the lock was for EB or regular ball lock, though. This was a couple of days ago.
