iPad bug

Looks like the ball is consistently getting stuck in the top section of the table or behind the four lower drop targets. When I call the attendant I'm told the ball isn't stuck leaving me having to tilt to get the ball back (and therefor losing a ball) .This is happening very frequently (every few games). I'm playing on iPad 4 with up to date IOS . Cheers!

It's getting stuck in the transphasers. I've reported it as well. The only thing you can do is tilt out.

Was this ever resolved? Was thinking of buying this table but with a bug like this will save my money.

I played a couple games on it last night and didn't have any issues.

Yes, it would happen on just about any good game. Was super frustrating. I think it's totally fixed now. Haven't run into any problems lately.

We resolved this issue I believe last update or the update before that.
