I don't have an iPhone 7 nor am I running iOS 10.1.1...

That being said, the very first thing to try is a forced restart of the device...

Begin by closing off all running apps from multitasking:

Double-tapping the Home button will bring up the running apps icons along with an app screenshot "card" above the icon. Tap-drag the app's -card- (NOT the icon) up and off the screen.
After this wait about 30 seconds for the apps to actually close from multitasking

Force Restart (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
On an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus: Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Volume Down buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
On an iPhone 6s and earlier, iPad, or iPod touch: Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
