Is the Avengers DLC the reason we don't have our DLC?

I heard that MS has a stake in Pinball FX 2, and that the reason our DLC was delayed was so it would not take away sales from their recent Avengers DLC. Is there any truth to this?

Avengers came out on ps3 as well. But pinball fx is published by ms studios, so god only knows.
