Is there a delay with mfi controllers, specific for ios 7?

I recently purchased an icade controller core, which I modified to add side buttons to play pinball games. The fact is that, although I've read in some post, you do not notice the connection delay by bluethoo, I do not notice. The pinball needs absolute immediacy, and not if I've gotten used to the immediacy of the touch screen, the fact is that little annoying delay when playing.

With the mfi drivers, specifically those who have taken to ios7, there is also that little delay?

If Bluetooth is the issue I cannot see why it wouldn't be a problem with MFI controllers as well because I can't see how else they'd be talking to your iOS device.

Yeah, I've noticed a slight delay as well when comparing a direct BT controller to one connecting via MFi. Interesting.
