Just read it on the Steam forum and checked it both on Android and PC:

The judges on the DMD display at the end of a ball are always the same: Adam, Linda, Keith.

This used to be different on prior versions.

You probably have to play the game again and again to see others. I remember seeing that one of them was a robot named 00010010010011100010 once, and that occurred on my second play in a row.

They'll always be the same on your first game due to the ROM starting in a known state, but with each progressive game, so long as you haven't quit or restarted between games, you'll see different judges.

No, I don't, that's the point. I've played 6 games in a row now, without restarting, quitting the game etc. and I still get the same judges. This wasn't the case in the past. I always got different judges every game. Even choosing a 2-player setup didn't change the judges for any player.
