I backed the STTNG kickstarter.picked the two platforms...android and ps3.
The problem is my kickstarter email is different from the pinball arcade and 3 emails later starting from december trying to explain this to support@pinballarcade.com has
brought the grand total of no reply.
Dunno where to go now.It was telling me i would get a reply in a timely manner.will this be this year?
Just want to have a go of the table on my tablet

any advice guys

Again if you haven't already tried it, Personal Message Rob Mann.

It's not right you should have to, but I've seen a few people give up and buy them recently.
I'm waiting on the 360 for my KS rewards.

Hope you get sorted.

Don't mean to gloat, but am I ever glad that I never donated any Kickstarter funds. If I had I would probably have contacted the Better Business Bureau by now.

The BBB has never heard of FarSight Studios. Probably because they don't sell anything directly to consumers and have not applied to be accredited by the BBB.

Kickstarter is also not accredited by the BBB. They have had two complaints filed against them to the BBB both in 2012. Kickstarter did not respond to the BBB regarding either complaint. The BBB currently has given Kickstarter a grade of "F".

So probably going to the Better Business Bureau would not do much good in this case anyway.

I also had different emails when I did the Twilight Zone kickstarter. But a PM to Rob fixed my issue right away. I would include both of your emails in the PM.

Yeah, make sure you PM Rob Mann. Make sure you mention in your PM your Kickstarter email, your farsight email, which one you contributed to, and what you're missing so it's easy for him to check and fix your issue.

He solved my issue with 24 hours.

Isn't there a dedicated email account for Kickstarter issues. Isn't it
kickstarter@pinballarcade.com or kickstarter@farsightstudios.com

I would send your email to both of these addresses, and the one that bounces is the wrong one ;-)

I understand people buying a product and expecting something, and I understand FS promised products based on donations but considering the cost of the tables it just seems a little patience might help or just flat out paying 5 to 7 bucks and forgo all the waiting might be better resolution if waiting is to much.

I am grateful someone took the time to translate these awesome (or less than awesome, depending on your taste) tables and to be able to play them again is enough for the price their asking. Even the tables I end up not liking I am glad the money will help make future tables possible. From everything I have read kickstarter's are more about your support for a product than a typical product purchase. Plus after reading about the company and learning they are not a huge faceless conglomerate but a smaller group of pinball fans and software engineers giving them a little more time to resolve issues might be in order.

I wouldn't bother emailing, they won't reply. I don't know why they pretend to have "support" when it's really only available to the lucky few that know how to get in touch with staff via this forum. For some reason they think they're bigger than their customers, which is perhaps true if you're Sony or EA, but not a small software house like Farsight. 30 mins a week spent emailing or posting regular updates to their customer base via here, Facebook or their website would stop most of the complaints.
