Have you tried turning down the settings in the options menu?

Main menu -> options -> Detail:
Main menu -> options -> Textures:
Main menu -> options -> Mip Mapping:

Textures is the very last setting.

If this doesn't fix the issue than it may be an issue with the device.

Have you tried Force restarting the device?
Have you tried uninstalling / reinstalling?
Have you tried going into airplane mode?
Have you tried turning off Google Play services?

Still lag after:
Have you tried Force restarting the device?
Have you tried uninstalling / reinstalling?
Have you tried going into airplane mode?
Have you tried turning off Google Play services?

and the Textures is not in my options (WT.)

All game like GTA SA or MC 5 work perfect...TPA not...don't know whats wrong...
Maybe is ARM Mali-450 MP4 to low gpu?

Sorry 4 bad Lang

The texture option is at the very bottom of the list of options.
Launch app, click past info screens.
Click Options. Scroll down past Mip Mapping, past Credits, past Details. You should see Textures.

The review you linked suggests that lowering details and lowering textures may help performance.

You may have to poke around the Settings on your phone to see if there is some sort of "low power" or "battery save" mode that you need to disable.

You said you updated the device OS from KK 4.2.2 to KK 4.4.4 to L 5.0. Were these all official upgrades released by the manufacturer? I'm not sure if Lollipop 5.0 is fully supported for your device.

It might not be optimized for OctaCore?

Also, TPA does most of its work on the GPU thread. So if your device has heaps of CPU, but not much GPU resources, you're going to have a bad time on TPA.
