I noticed a few things... there seems to be some artifacts on the top of the screen on game start, it eventually disappears (edit: sometimes it comes back though, then disappears again). High score table didn't get populated again (edit: or its filled with jibberish), and the demo cutout is a little early. Another thing I noticed is that TPA still crashes occasionally when downloading new tables.

Table itself looks good though, not that I've seen a real one in person. :p

Probably a known issue, but the table artwork on the menu screen shows junkyard. Also, camera 1 in portrait seems to cut off too much of the sides.

Yep, I'm getting that rectangular black window just below the display. It looks like it is some sort of visible lamp matrix code, because it seems to pulse rapidly when the director says "Roll it" directly after you launch the ball.

Is it a HUD of the square card matrix on the backbox?

Also notice in the screenshot you posted that the screws on the flipper bats are missing texture.

That would be the back glass items being displayed such as A K Q J 10.

Is this game supposed to be 5 balls? I saw a picture of an instruction card on IPDB and it says 5 balls in the top corner.

Playing in Pro Mode is buggy as all get go. The game hangs at the end of every ball, and at the end of game.
I have to tilt at the end of ball to be able to plunge the next ball, and then ball two is considered titled away, and the end of game sequence doesn't happen at all. You have the pause quit to get it to end.

I was taking a look to see how the progress on the Gottlieb's pro mode was going seeing as TO and CBW have been inaccessible for such a long time.

This appears to happen during the first game only after you enter into the coin door. I'll enter this into our database. Was this progressively happening from game to game for you?

Had to do a retest to confirm. The end of ball bugs are only present in the first game after opening the coin door, but the end of game hang is present game to game.

Lights...Camera...Action!

• There are two overlapping tracks playing at the same time during the fly-over camera screen after you hear the words "Lights...Camera...Action!".

• All four cameras in both portrait and landscape views need to be re-adjusted.

• The red and blue floodlights that periodically appear on either side of the scoreboard are missing their wire frame coverings and they have black boxes around them.

• The playing card indicators on the HUD are distorted and do not display correctly.

• Backglass lights should be on before you start a game and turn off when you press start (begin a new game), then turn back on when you hear the words "Camera..." and remain on during ball launch. After launching the ball and making into the "Gun Fight" hole, the backglass lights should turn off and then turn back on again when you hear the words "Set..." just before a Gun Fight. Once the Gun Fight is over the backglass lights should turn off again while the ball is in play. Currently, the backglass lights turn on when they should be off and vice versa.

• The four cut outs on the back wall do not light up.

• The on-state of the "Shoot Again" cutout needs to be a bit brighter.

• The flasher (just to the right of the G.I. light bulb) under the "Special Million" pink plastic needs to be hooked up. It should flash at the same time as the flasher under the orange plastic on the upper right hand corner of the playfield just below the ball launch habitrail.

• Slingshot animations are missing.

• The silver screw textures on the pivot points of all three flippers are missing.

The last mastergoal in the list is not given:
4 kinds of same card (Erhalte ein Vierling(Poker)) I reached 4times a queen (and a AS=Ace) : In the HUD was written " 4 of kind" I could select a mystery, but the master-goal is not given; still untagged

4 times an Ace (plus 1 10) but mastergoal is not given :-(
Is there something add. to do, which is not described?

Blockmasterspecial :
The reached char. are lost at the end of the game.
The instructions said, that the reached characters are going player to player and game to game till the game is reload.
After end of the game and start a new game the Blockmaster start at "B" again. If its works from ball to ball or player to player I don't know
