Lost all my scores/pts/awards after installing 3.4.0 update

It no longer uses my user name either.

Any idea how I can get it back?

Mac version 3.4.0 via app store (not steam)

I'm also keep getting a dialog:
"Request has timed out"
frequently, when I select a table as well as launch a table.
It's happening with purchased tables and demo tables.

This is also new since 3.4.0 update
I tried re-installing several times

I'm speculating the two issues are connected, thus adding it here
