Can you try to log out of your farsight account and then log back in? If this doesn't resolve the issue, you can contact our support ( support@farsightstudios.com ) who will be able to help restore your purchases.
Edit:
The issue could also be related to not having a stable internet connection. You can try closing the app and go to Manage > Network and try reconnecting then opening the app might also resolve the issue.
