A one play ting will make these very fast tournaments.
Maybe no extraballs is a good idea, but one plays would be a little off i think.

Im trying to get to 1st place, currently second. But this 'papousek' guy (1st spot) seems extremely strong (who is him in the forum?). A 2nd score in BH put me on the top complemented with my 1st on RBION which is a must, but the rest of the tables im only a little average player or somewhat respectable. At first i was strugling for top 100 but then after playing a few tables i got to the top spots and then im strugling for that coveted top. I wont get it though, i wont be able to play anymore. But Somebody beat the 1st spot on BShot and that will put me on the top, plus nobody take my 1st on RBION

Wow, just had an amazing score(at least for me anyways) on TOTAN. 108 million!

I went from 350 to 43 on the table standings and went from 112 to 73 on the overall standings. I think I just might have a locked top 100 finish.

I guess that's just how it goes in pinball!

I'm at 37 right now, but I think I've topped out. Didn't think I would even play a tourney mode, but it's been fun. Got me to play a bit more and even got 2 new personal bests (TOM & BS). Too bad these scores don't carryover to the regular leader boards.

Barely snuck in the top 100 at 94 which I'm pretty happy with considering I just started playing on the app a month ago.

Greatest fun, but frustrating or what?!! Went from 28th to 200 odd when I realised I'd not played for four days! Oh well, enjoyed black hole, looking forward to the fixed xbox version, and apart from the totally predictable bounce and repetition on some tables, mainly bs and bh, it was a blast! The Android version has really come on, big well done to all involved.

Finished 48th, played a lot on tables I never play normally and learned a lot about them. Very enjoyable. With only a few hours to go I took my high score on Ripleys from 97k to 160k but this only moved me up 4 places .

Agreed. Although I haven't played TPA's version since I have a PS3 and there is no tourney mode that I'm aware of or did I miss it? That said Extra balls in any tournament should go. I've been playing Zen pinball tournaments/leagues and the only reason I score in the top 10 is because of the ease of extra balls. On ZP2 there is a max amount of extra balls but the ease of getting some of them on certain tables makes scoring much easier.


Is this 'Tournament' mode going to be extra fee like pro mode? If so and that is the way tournaments will be addressed, Then I can't imaging everyone paying another $4-5 for each table. I know I wouldn't/can't.

I love the tournaments too, finished 18th in the first one, but I stopped playing in this one, when I saw the cheater's 500 score.

There are a few bugs still in TOTAN: the rom somehow behaves weird considering locks (i locked ball 2, it says ball 1 locked again, and the only thing you can do is quit the table - at 58mil that was for me)
Of course I never was able to do the score again as I tried avoid lock shots... and having a pulse of 180

Farsight has changed something there - I think - as this lock bug didn't show up so often...

Anyway, I'd love to see extra balls turned off and a limit of 10 games per table.

You're 50th now? Lag in updating scoreboard? I didn't make it, but did score a few personal bests. I really really hate Big Shot now, just seems like pot luck on that table, especially with the lack of usable nudging on an ipad.

Yeah i feel the same way, this table is very random, but if this is the way the real table is, then I guess that is the way it should be

Thus the reason for doing the beta with tournaments. Have you reported it to FS? That's the kind of thing they're gonna wanna know about.
