EDIT: This is Luxor Evolved, a game I recently got from Steam. If you've heard of the match-3 game (or similar games of Luxor), then you might be familiar with them.

MumboJumbo actually parodied some of the arcade games from the 80s and turned them into secret levels. Yes, Tempest is one of them.
