PS3 - Bug Major slowdown at the very beginning.

Even before you officially start a game the camera is dragging in slow motion as it scrolls around. When you do officially start a game and pull the plunger the whole sequence of hitting the ball and it travelling to the playfield is in slow motion but once it gets past a certain point it speeds up to normal. Does it every time. Am I the only one noticing this?

Since this wasn't getting any feedback I decided to try a bit of housekeeping with my PS3 and rebuilding the database seems to have solved the problem, runs smoothly now. Thankfully it doesn't appear to have been a bug after all.
