This is the master issues list for FunHouse. This thread is maintained to aid FarSight in exterminating gameplay bugs, art issues, and sound problems from FH.
This thread is locked to keep it clean and focused on actual issues, as opposed to opinions about such issues. Report art issues in the Art forum, and all other issues in a new thread in this table's forum. I will add newly-reported issues to this thread at regular intervals. In addition, each bug has a link to the thread it was reported in; discussion of bugs should take place there.

GAMEPLAY ISSUES:
08-001: Ball sometimes travels through Superdog targets into pop bumpers
First reported: 15 May 2012
Description: A shot from the upper flipper to the Superdog targets sometimes phases through them and ends up in the bumpers.
Devices: Android
Status: Could not reproduce
08-002: Shots to Rudy's mouth may phase through head
First reported: 26 May 2012
Description: A shot to Rudy's mouth may phase through Rudy's head and land in Rudy's Hideout or the Hidden Hallway. Normal play continues.
Devices: All
Status: Confirmed, open as of 26 Mar 2013
08-003: Shots to Rudy's mouth may score points and cause ball to disappear
First reported: 26 May 2012
Description: The ball may get stuck in Rudy's mouth, score 250K, and disappear. Attempting to launch a ball at this point, even though the camera does not return to the camera lane, will fire a new ball to continue play.
Devices: Android, iOS
Status: Unknown
Notes: See also thread Rudy Hit/Gulp Turns into Plunger Launch.
08-004: Shots to Rudy's mouth may phase into Hidden Hallway lane when rebounding
First reported: 03 Jul 2012
Description: The ball may phase through to the Hidden Hallway after hitting Rudy's closed mouth.
Devices: Android, PS3, 360
Status: Confirmed, open as of 26 Mar 2013
08-005: "Light Extra Ball from Gangway" goal not awarded if an extra ball is already lit
First reported: 15 Jul 2012
Description: Lighting an extra ball from the Mystery Mirror and then lighting a second extra ball from the Gangway causes the game not to award the "Light Extra Ball from Gangway" goal. The table does award the two extra balls from two shots to the Hidden Hallway, so the issue is in the goal detection, not in the ROM.
Devices: 360
Status: Unknown
08-006: Ball drains from behind upper flipper
First reported: 27 Jul 2012
Description: A ball underneath the upper flipper as it is dropping can sometimes get pushed through the wall and down into the left outlane.
Devices: PS3
Status: Unknown
08-007: Ball disappears from table, resulting in unplayable game
First reported: 03 Jul 2012
Description: Whenever a ball goes into a scoop or kickout, there is a small chance that it will "vanish". If it does, the ball search cannot find it and Call Attendant cannot retrieve it. If balls are in the lock, they will be kicked out after a few ball searches and the player can use those, but eventually the table will reach a state where it thinks a ball is in play but there are no balls on the table. When this happens, the player cannot continue and must quit the table.
Devices: All
Status: Acknowledged as of 02 Aug 2012
Notes: See also extensive discussion at Funhouse. 464m...attendant not working.
08-008: Ramp shot with Crazy Steps open sometimes feeds inlane instead
First reported: 02 Aug 2012
Description: When the Crazy Steps are open, the ball is occasionally hops into the inlane instead of feeding the left plunger.
Devices: All
Status: Not a bug. The real table occasionally exhibits this behavior as well.
08-009: Rudy spits ball direct to left outlane at multiball start
First reported: 18 Aug 2012
Description: When Midnight Multiball starts, the ball Rudy spits back out sometimes heads straight for the left outlane.
Devices: All
Status: Not a bug. The real table CAN do this. Nudge accordingly.
08-010: Post transfer from right flipper to left is unusually difficult
First reported: 28 Jun 2012
Description: Executing a post transfer from the right flipper to the left is unusually difficult.
Devices: All
Status: Not a bug. The real table often requires several attempts to execute this technique successfully.
08-011: HUD shows mirror award information for a split second and then goes dark
First reported: 26 Jun 2012
Description: After earning an award from the Mystery Mirror, the HUD displays the award for a very brief interval and then goes dark.
Devices: Android, iOS, PS3
Status: Confirmed, open as of 26 Mar 2013
Notes: See also thread Display blinking bug.
08-012: Rudy always calls the player "Biff" and not any of the other names
First reported: 09 Oct 2012
Description: Rudy always calls the player "Biff".
Devices: All
Status: Working as designed. The known state the ROM resets to has the first player called "Biff". Either play multiple consecutive games or a multiplayer game to hear the other names.
08-013: Balls left in lock at end of game appear in shooter lane at start of next game
First reported: 08 Oct 2012
Description: If one or two balls are left in the lock at the end of a game, starting the next game will cause the ball(s) to appear in the shooter lane along with the actual ball served.
Devices: iOS, PS3
Status: Unknown
08-014: Timing of trapdoor shot is inconsistent between platforms
First reported: 07 Feb 2013
Description: The trapdoor shot is nearly impossible to make, whereas it was not previously. Players suspect physics/timing issue re ball traveling down from lock or from behind Rudy's head.
Devices: Android, iOS
Status: Confirmed, open as of 27 Mar 2013
08-015: "Shoot Again" insert unlights when extra balls still remain to be played
First reported: 28 Mar 2013

Devices: Android
TPA Version: Android 1.12.0
Status: New
08-016: Replay score displayed at start of third ball is blank if first two balls drained quickly
First reported: 02 Apr 2013
Description: If the first two balls drained very quickly, the HUD may display "Replay at <blank>" instead of "Replay at 7,200,000".
Devices: Android
TPA Version: Android 1.12.0
Status: New
08-017: HUD is not displayed correctly
First reported: 24 May 2013
Description: Three sections of alphanumeric HUD are displayed. The first two both display what should be on the second one. The third one remains unlit at all times.

- Fix Pending - Issues that have fixed by FarSight, but the fix is in testing or submission process and is not yet available to players.
