Bug Match screen and initial entry bug

On Monster Bash (I don't know if it applies to other tables) if you hold both triggers whilst it's doing the Match thing and keep pressing A, a new game starts but the initial entry overlay stays on screen and you can add up to 4 players.

I have had this on MM on EU ps3 as well, when I was entering my initials for being madness champion I pressed 'X' too many times and it got stuck in the exact same way. I had 4 players as well (nice to see that the ROM is perfectly fine with it!)

So definitely a cross-platform issue.
