Maybe for the movie. Not necessarily for any actors that appear on or do call outs for the pin.

Maybe not even for the movie. I assume some studios are difficult no matter how well the movie did.

Sure but consider the following licensed tables and see why the licenses will be more difficult to obtain than you think:

Demolition Man - the backglass has both Sly Stallone and Wesley Snipes very prominently displayed. Okay so the movie is reasonably well-known compared to the next two I'm about to list, but do you think Stallone's image rights come cheap? Before you even consider a B-Lister such as Snipes.

The Shadow - big image of Alec Baldwin on the backglass.

Johnny Mnemonic - big image of Keanu Reeves on the backglass.

It's not just about how successful the movies were - it's about everything. This is taking into consideration just the image rights, before any voice work is considered as well.

Having never played Congo, let alone seen a Johnny M, and played much Shadow, Shadow wins.

Just checked backglasses for Congo, Johnny M, Shadow, and Demo Man.

Demo Man has Snipes, Stallone and Bullock. Yeah that's gonna be expensive, methinks.
Johnny M obviously has Keanu, didn't see much else.
Shadow is mostly Alec Baldwin, but there are a couple of others who might need to be "Festered" ("Festered" is a thing now, I've decided).
Congo also has a couple of actors in the backglass, no idea who they are.

Using the movie credits for non-Curry people, I think they are: Dylan Walsh, Ernie Hudson, Tim Curry, and Laura Linney. I remember Curry's voice being in the game a lot.
