Mobile leader boards

Can somebody explain why my scores aren't showing up in Champion Pub or Whirlwind on iOS? I put 120 million up on TCP and I see what's in the screenshot. I also don't recognize the names... Are these console players?

Thanks for the response DeeEff! I was starting to worry it was a problem with my account or devices.
