"New Tables" option in the main menu - Is it supposed to work/be available?

Mine is just kind of greyed out and I don't think it has been available since whatever update gave me that mysterious thingy.


I'm sure I missed something in the news but it wasn't easy to search and get anything useful so I apologize if I'm customer number 348387437 asking this
