Option th change username - does it exist and if so, where?

Hi guys,

there where some problems with my username beeing displayed incorrectly ingame and on the farsight website (email instead of username). Support told me that I did it myself, which I did not. Since registration in 2014, I never changed any account settings, let alone my username. As the title suggests, I can not even find that option - can anyone tell me where I could change it myself should the problem arise again?

Same thing happened to me, can't they change them back, or at least let us do so by adding some kind of option like that?
