Few big surprises. Most of the new ones at the top. The thing that is a little strange is that the only new machine to be struggling far behind is "No fear". Never played it in real life but it looks like a fast and fun Steve Ritchie game. Maybe a bit shallow rule set??

The three wizard modes are so lucrative that starting a mode, trapping the ball and timing out the early ones is the best strategy which is really boring and would be even worse in TPA. Very fast and flowy layout though if that's your thing. I think the very dated license may also have something to do with its lack of popularity.

I'd like to suggest that we limit discussion in this thread to Williams so it doesn't get too rowdy in here. Bally predictions deserve a separate thread.

An alpha list:

Bad Cats (1989)
Blackout (1980)
Bram Stoker’s Dracula (1993)
Flash (1979)
Getaway: High Speed II, The (1992)
Grand Lizard (1986)
High Speed (1988)
Jack*Bot (1995)

Stellar Wars (1979)

Can't wait for the Bally poll. Can you spell P-A-R-A-G-O-N?

My choices:

Bad Cats
Banzai Run
Black Knight 2000
Diner
Earthshaker
Fire!
Getaway:HS2
No Fear
Red and Ted
Swords of Fury

I've only ever played The Getaway, but I'm a huge fan of Pat Lawler tables and curious about trying anything else by him. Bad Cats was a certainty even before I played it in Visual Pinball (and afterwards I made it goal to persuade people to choose that). Black Knight for the soundtrack, Diner because it pairs well with Taxi, Fire! because I love the look of the theme, Swords of Fury because someone on here was completely obsessed with it, oh and No Fear because the theme looks spectacular.

I was THIS close to picking Bram Stokers Dracula, then remembered that brick wall learning curves are just not fun at all.

Where is the Bally list? Too late to vote for it?

How did Party Zone do? I just discovered it, and now I want it very, very much so.

Also Banzai Run is awesome. Wasn't on my radar until the new papa tutorial came out

Re: PAF Top Ten Most Wanted Table Poll Series: #2 - Williams

Voted for the tables that were designed by Steve Ritchie (Black Knight 2000, F-14 Tomcat, Flash, The Getaway: High Speed II, High Speed, No Fear: Dangerous Sports, and Stellar Wars), and Pat Lawlor (Banzai Run, Earthshaker!, and Red & Ted's Road Show). Not only are they the two favorite designers of mine, but a majority of their games listed in this post have been highly influential in pinball's development.

Cast my vote for the following:

Banzai Run -- The second playfield looks awesome, and it's Lawlor, I mean...
Black Knight 2000 -- Really psyched to try this one out. And that music... mmmmm
F-14 Tomcat -- Like with BK2K it looks mighty awesome.
Fish Tales -- Honestly looks like a really fun table. And the video mode is absolutely dumb yet awesome at the same time, concept-wise.
The Getaway: High Speed II -- One I fondly remember from my childhood. The memories...
High Speed -- One I wanna try out, since my sole experience with this one was with Rare's NES adaptation, and that one is honestly not very good.
Hurricane -- THOSE RAMPS.
Jack*Bot -- Yeah, it's basically Pin*Bot: Casino Edition, but I love Pin*Bot and the enhancements it's got look good.
Red & Ted's Road Show -- FunHouse part 2, basically. Defo wanna try it out.
Swords of Fury -- Awesome themed table, and kinda reminds me of Pin*Bot in parts. Another I wanna try out.

Nice to see more love for Banzai Run ;)

To me,this poll (with maybe the possible exception of the licensed poll) has by far the most desired list of pins...

If F-14 does make it onto TPA, would we need any extra licenses based on the actual aircraft?

I assume that Northrop/Grumman owns the license for the name and likeness but it would be a pretty cheap license. Probably less than Ripley's.
