Bug PBAConfig wont launch after 1.26.11 update

Does this happen to anyone else after todays 1.26.11 update? When I click on Launch Configuration Utility in steam I get a windows error popup PBAConfig has encountered a problem and needs to close.I never had this problem before on windows xp & TPA and I haven't made any changes to my pc since the last update before this one. I can still load & play the game but i cant change any settings.

My specs:

OS Version: Windows XP
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon 5700
Ram: 4Gb
Display Mode: Full Screen
Display Resolution: “1920*1080”

Found the issue. Will release a patch later today with this fixed.
