Bug PC - Dead guy in coffin keeps rotating when coffin is closed

In the new Steam Version the dead guy in the coffin keeps rotating after you have first activated him for the rest of the game, even when the coffin is closed. It kinda looks like its flickering.

When my game ended with this bug, the ball couldn't be located. I had made to the last level and the final multiball started. Even after I tilted the table no ball was to be found and calling the attentand just said that there was no ball missing.

Just happened to me also today after i hit some boogie sequence. I think the attendant went out for a smoke...
