PC version ugly, is PS4 better?

I got season 2 for PC because I liked whirlwind IRL back in the day.
It seems the red flashing lights distract because they are not transparent enough?
Overall the table looks a bit muted.

Are other versions better than PC?

PS3 version looks much better than the PC version, IMO. But to be fair, I can set up the picture any way I want on my PS3's TV, but I can only adjust brightness on my laptop.

The only other version of TPA I have played is the Vita version and it's hard to compare because of its crisp OLED screen, but it also looks better than the PC version to me.

Someday, the PC version is supposed to get a DX11 upgrade, but there is only speculation as to when that might happen.

+1. Those red flashing lights are awful, like a big red 2D sprite pasted on the screen.
