There are certain flash sites with adult games,

Playboy the Mansion released for XBOX and PC and maybe PS2
Singles was released for PC and is a sims wannabe game as well

There are also many adult retail games that don't get much press because boobies are way more evil than violence for some reason.

That's an oldie! :) Pins like Family Guy and South Park would require kickstarters. I don't know about the 3 Playboy pins, but for the love of God these are T rated tables in my book. I don't want porno pins, but anyways there are Pro Modes and if the kids download them is it FS's fault? The adults greatly outnumber the kiddies.. I am 42 now and maybe if I live to 45 this app might happen! :p

The kiddies can have their pinball too. 12 year olds these days seem to be playing violent FPS such as Halo and Call of Duty. If I had a son, I'd prefer he'd play an old Xenon table any day over a bloody FPS. He probably wouldn't even notice the tits in the artwork, and if he did, I'd give him a simple four word explanation: "That's called 'art,' son!" ;)

Yeah the breasts would only get an M rating. Both GTA and Metro Last Light have naked breasts in them, they just got an M rating. It would be actually depcting sex or something that would bump it up, and I can't think of a pinball table that managed that.

There is one that I know of. The link escapes me but some Feminist designer took an old pinball table, created all new table graphics, hacked the game code, and burned custom EPROMs to give it a woman's body theme. The table moaned and had other effects when the playfield elements were activated. I believe the scoring aspect of the table was also removed. It was exhibited at the burning man event a few years ago. Can't find a link atm but I know I read an article about it on Google.

There's also an unrelated custom table built up like an antique pinball machine where the plunger shoots pinballs up a "vagina." This design was more of a concept piece than an actual functional pinball game. The two tables were totally unrelated but I refuse to post pics here. Google is your friend.

Not really, since The Witcher 2 has some sex on it and it still got an M rating. If this were 2004/2005, then yeah, it would've gotten an AO instead, and in fact the uncut version of the first game got that. In fact, I think that for something to be AO nowadays it would need really explicit content, so it's likely that PAD, if it even happens, will be an M rated game.

If we're talking about Europe, though, it depends, since there's been a few games rated 16+ that had some nudity on them.

I think they will just go with stuff that is adult themed, vs. straight up M rated material. That could be stuff like Sharkey's Shootout (pool), High Roller Casino (gambling), Viper Night Driving.

I wonder how expensive TV show's would cost to license? Soprano's, X-Files, 24, South Park...

By sex I actually meant full visualization of sex, not hearing some noises while the camera pans offscreen or the actual sex is obscured by some object or what have you. Lots of games like Witcher, God of War, GTA SEEM to show sex but they don't REALLY show it.
