Yeah, you can't sign anything for the Apple stuff, you have to get it in person. I get tons of packages, and have stickers or authorization for all the major couriers to leave it at my door, but they won't with the Apple stuff.

I ended up using facetime between two laptops, with one of them pointing out the window, so I could see if any trucks were pulling up

That's weird since Apple has a link to the pre-sign form on their order status page.

You're right....that's exactly what I used to try and pre-sign too.....they just said they couldn't accept it.
