Anyone who has listened to the pinball rules podcast past episode 1 is probably scratching their heads by now, I don't think they've mentioned the word pinball since the 1st episode. The host explained to me that its about applying pinball design philosophy to other things...or something like that....went right over my head.

Anyway, Tommy and Taylor of the one and done podcast have splintered off to create their own podcast, This Flippin Podcast. 2 episodes so far, well worth a listen.

Hey there Kev and others. I have listened to lots of podcasts and most of them are disposable, it's rare that I come across one that's really excellent. Has anyone done any evaluation or saved any super good ones?

For example I'm currently working through the TOPcast ones and of the 6 or 7 I listened to, one stands out as a keeper - TOPcast 4 which is all Tim Arnold talking about stuff in his own dry hilarious way. Highly recommended.

Any specific recommendations for me, not just a podcast series name but an episode?

I dont really do pinball podcasts other than ours, but spooky pinballs really fun, its by the dude who makes the new americas most haunted table

If you want to be kept upto date with all the pinball news then you can't go wrong with coast2coast. If that kind of thing doesnt float your boat but you like interviews then listen to all the topcast episodes, some really interesting ones there like steve ritchie, lyman, lawlar etc.

Started up a new podcast: "Bro, do you even talk pinball?" We record it live on Twitch with interaction from the audience then post the audio to our podcast feed.

We just did episode 0, which is our pilot episode where we share our pinball "origin stories," game room updates and review Stern's 2011 release, Tron Legacy pinball.

Already listened and enjoyed the podcast, especially As I have only just got my own Tron. Pretty much agree with your comments, it didnt take me long to realise there isn't much to the rules. Its still an awesome pin and the theme is as good as it gets for a pinball machine, not every machine has to have LOTR/TSPP depth rules. Still, it would be nice to see Tron get one more update with some added rules although pretty unlikely.

More podcasts if anyone needs anymore :D, the Tilt Thru podcast and the Eclectic Gamers podcast , the latter being a mix of pinball and video game talk. The Tilt Thru podcast feature Bowen Kerins, Jack Danger of deadflip and womens world champion Zoe Vrabel. Both of these new podcasts are very good.

I'm working my way through old Coast 2 Coast episodes but all of sudden can't download anything older than ep 220. Anyone else having this issue? The link on the actual website seems fine but when try in iphone podcast app or overcast etc...
