You might remember this little rant of mine from the Top 10 Premier poll. "I played Monte Carlo at a friends house (in perfect condition), but it feels like a High Speed ripoff."

IT IS NOT. I have played a little more of Monte Carlo and it might be one of Premier's finest games. I love the lights, the sounds, the captive roulette wheel, and the cool layout. I like how the inlanes are covered by targets, and I also love the ramp. And the music? Just amazing. In my opinion, it might even be TX-Sector quality- the disco casino pinball dimension! One more thing: THE BACKGLASS FRIKKIN SUCKS, I have nightmares about how horrendous it looks ;). It'll also please my friend... maybe pack it up with High Roller Casino for a Gottlieb / Stern pack!
If there's any other people who have played this delightfully underrated game, let me know!~ :D

I like the gambling themed pins too. We have to see some on TPA at some point. Riverboat Gambler is another that I enjoy.

Monte Carlo vid and it has an alternate backglass (just for C B Z).

I think that I originally disagreed with your rant @Captain B. Zarre, but some things don't capture your interests as fast as others. I remember going to Lake Tahoe in the early 90's and this table was kind of old so I could play it without worrying about someone waiting. An all time favorite of mine, and if I ever purchase a table of my own, this will probably be it. The backglass is pretty cheesy 80's but I'd prefer the original with LED lighting unless I had solar panels or something. Glad to do a search and see someone else appreciates this fine table.

I own a Monte Carlo, and I would still like to see it in Pinball Arcade, just so all the rest of you fans can get a chance to play this gem.

I think a lot of people prematurely judge this one because of the dated backglass artwork.

When do you ever notice a table's backglass during the game? Almost never. So, good or bad, what does backglass artwork matter? This table is fun!

The music in this one is amazing, with different themes playing after each ball is locked for multiball (and then a separate theme for multiball itself). So it's not one of those tables that has the same old music looping the entire time. The soundtrack packs a good deal of variety, adding to the game experience.

In my opinion, this is yet another case of "More people would want this one in TPA if they actually played it!"

Is there anything to do in Multiball or does it just eject 3 balls like on Firepower?

Oh! Are we requesting overlooked Premier games? Gold Wings! :D

Some will have my head for saying this in the TPA forums:

Judging from this season, I am requesting any Premier game. Once HS and R&T appear, I may be all WMS'd out! (Unless there's some WMS Em or SS tables on the horizon.

Well there's Xenon coming up as one of the remaining 4 tables.

We're pretty sure about HS2.

And we know Jack*Bot is up next.

That's 3 of 4 we know, meaning the 4th ought to be a Gottlieb/Premier table, since we've not had one of those this season.

So far it's been 4 Bally/Williams (TPZ, ES, TAF, Cyclone) with 2 more all but confirmed (Xenon, Jack*Bot) and 1 heavily rumored (HS2); 2 from the DE/Sega/Stern line (POTO and SST, and nothing else on the horizon there).
