Problems logging in

Anyone know why I can't sign in on the actual game, but can on the pinballarcade.com account page & yes I've double/triple checked that I'm entering the correct details?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Same happened to me a while back.
I think my password was too long / complex for the in-game query.

Thanks for the suggestion.. but I've already done that & it hasn't worked

Did you try a new real simple and short password, just to see if it works?
It worked for me, if I remember correctly.

Or send a mail to support@pinballarcade.com (but I know I fixed my problem without them)

I'm in the same boat. Simple password, I can log in on Farsight's PA site just fine... and I'm getting no luck logging in on PA for Steam.

Do your passwords have any special characters (non alpha numeric)?

Is it possible you have a firewall blocking PBA?

I did check my firewall. PinballArcade.exe was set to "auto" and I changed it to "allow." Still I couldn't log in with the password that I've confirmed multiple times on the pinballarcade.com site. So I reset my password through the game... and that seemed to do the trick. I'll have to try it on my other computers, but for tonight, I once again have T2 to play.
